How do I get there?

The BNF-François Mitterrand is accessible by bus, lines 25, 62, 64, 71, 89, 132, 325, and by metro: Lines 6 quai de la gare, 14 Bibliothèque François Mitterrand, RER C Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand.

Is there a car park ? Is it free of charge?

Paid parking is available near the BNF, rue Durkheim.

Is it possible to come in and out during the same day of the festival?

Yes, your daily accreditation will enable you to come in and out as you please on the day(s) your ticket is valid for. However, you will have to go through the security checks again.

Is there a smoking area?

It is not possible to smoke inside the establishment.

Are pets allowed?

The pets are not allowed during the festival.

Can I deposit my coat/luggage somewhere?

You will have a free cloakroom for your small personal belongings.

What items are prohibited on the premices?

The following are prohibited: tools, knives and weapons; loud instruments such as foghorns, megaphone, drums ; tripods, collapsible poles, selfie sticks and camera stabilizers; iceboxes, alcoholic beverages, glass containers (bottles, cups), thermos bottles and cups.

What can I do if I lost a belonging or if it was stolen?

Check-in at the staff desk of the IndieCade event. Found items are brought there. After the event, all found items that were not claimed will be transferred to the central police station of the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.

Where can I buy tickets?

They can be purchased directly via our website by clicking on "Tickets " on the IndieCade Europe website.

Can I buy tickets at the event’s entrance?

Of course, but if you don’t want to stand in a queue for too long, we recommend buying your tickets online in advance.

Are tickets named?

Yes. Every ticket allows only for the entry of the person whose name it bears, and tickets can't be transferred to another person.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

No changes or refunds.
Tickets are bound to a specific day of the event, which means you can only enter the festival on the date specified on your ticket.

Is it possible to come with children?

Children, if accompanied, can attend the festival, free of charge, if they are 13 years old or less.

Can I give away flyers or leaflets on the event?
