How do I get there?

Subway: Arts et Métiers station – lines 3 & 11 / Strasbourg St- Denis station - line 4
Bus: Arts et Métiers station – lines 20, 38, 47 & 75

We recommend not getting there by car, since you can only park on the street or in car parks: hourly/daily fees apply.

Is there a car park ? Is it free of charge?

There is no car park at the venue. You can park on the street (daily / hourly rates apply). The nearest paying car park is at the corner of Turbigo and St. Martin streets.

Is it possible to come in and out during the same day of the festival?

Yes, your daily accreditation will enable you to come in and out as you please on the day your ticket is valid for.

Is there a smoking area?

There are specific smoking areas available outside.

Are pets allowed?

The pets are not allowed during the festival.

Can I deposit my coat/luggage somewhere?

There are no lockers nor a cloakroom.

What items are prohibited on the premices?

The following are prohibited: tools; noisy instruments such as foghorns, megaphone, drums ; tripods, collapsible poles, selfie sticks and camera stabilizers; iceboxes, alcoholic beverages, glass containers (bottles, cups), thermos bottles and cups.

What can I do if I lost a belonging or if it was stolen?

Check-in at the front desk of the IndieCade event, at the entrance of the CNAM. Found items are brought there. After the event, all found items that were not claimed will be transferred to the central police station of the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.

Where can I buy tickets?

Can I buy tickets at the event’s entrance?

Sure you can, but if you don’t want to stand in a queue we recommend buying your tickets online in advance.

Are tickets named?

Yes, and every ticket allows access to the person named on it only.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Tickets bound to a specific day of the event, which means you can only enter the festival on the date specified on your ticket.
Tickets can not be changed nor be refunded.

Can I give away flyers or leaflets on the event?
